Our pioneering work with solar lights means that work and life can carry on after the sun goes down. Midwives can deliver babies safely at night. Children are able to study in the evenings. Families can cook and do chores even when it’s dark outside.
But now imagine if your solar light stops working. It could be that the battery is dead or the bulb stops working. All that joy and hope is suddenly switched off.
Here’s our big, bright idea. We want to set up teams of repairers in communities across Zambia – but we need your help to do it!
