Bella is one of our youngest SolarAid fundraisers, choosing to go screen free (no TV, phone, tablet or laptop!) for 2 whole days to help other children to do their homework with safe light.
She set a target of £70 – to which she donated £5 of her own money – smashing that by raising an incredible £186. This created more than 46,200 extra hours of study time for children.
Bella’s Mum said, “She was very keen to fundraise, and has been very good. Yesterday after our day out she tidied the whole house instead of watching TV. I should also mention that her younger brother Leo went screen free too!”
