Solar Enterprise Volunteer - South America

We are looking for a Solar Enterprise Volunteer for our South America programme. The ideal candidate would be a skilled, dynamic and flexible individual. They will be the first SolarAid representative on the ground in Argentina and will be responsible for establishing lasting relationships with communities and local businesses.

IT and Programmes Internship - London

The SolarAid Programmes team is looking for an IT and Programmes intern who is a true self-starter, enthusiastic, creative, patient and most of all willing to get through the challenges of IT work.

This position requires someone with significant IT experience especially in network and internet troubleshooting - a willingness to learn is also key.

This post will be ideal for someone who is looking to get more experience in how to develop an international IT system across multiple offices, understanding the IT needs for the developing world and potentially how to meet those needs. The candidate should also have an interest in renewable energies and international development.

Minimum commitment of 21 hours per week
Time Spent: 80% on IT and 20% on Programmes
Duration: 3-4 months with the possibility of extension.
Expenses: travel and lunch will be covered

Although this post is unpaid, there is potential for a paid IT position within SolarAid on completion of a successful probationary period.
